1. Our Foundation of Trust
Every Ctzin is expected to uphold the following principles:
1.1. Integrity
We represent ourselves, our talents, our intentions, our experience, and our contributions honestly. We do not deliberately deceive others to obtain opportunities, access, recognition, money, or personal advantage.
1.2. Mutual Respect
We respect every person's dignity, time, ideas, boundaries, opinions, and contributions, regardless of their background, level of experience, financial circumstances, popularity, or social status.
1.3. Accountability
We take responsibility for our commitments, actions, mistakes, and the consequences of our decisions. When we make a commitment, we make a reasonable effort to fulfil it or communicate promptly when circumstances change.
1.4. Fairness
We do not exploit another person's enthusiasm, inexperience, financial vulnerability, trust, or willingness to collaborate. Contributions should be recognised, and agreed benefits should be distributed according to the terms established by the people involved.
1.5. Transparency
We communicate material information honestly, disclose relevant conflicts of interest, and avoid concealing information that could reasonably affect another participant's decision to collaborate.
1.6. Shared Growth
We recognise that collaboration is not a licence to take advantage of another person. We aim to create conditions in which participants can develop their talents, contribute meaningfully, and benefit fairly from the value they help create.
1.7. Freedom of Choice
Participation is voluntary. No Ctzin is entitled to another person's time, labour, personal information, money, intellectual property, or continued participation merely because they belong to the same community.
2. Honest Identity and Representation
Trust begins with truthful representation. Every Ctzin agrees to:
- Provide accurate information about themselves when required by CollabCentr.
- Represent their talents, capabilities, qualifications, experience, availability, and previous work honestly.
- Avoid impersonating another person, organisation, creator, or business.
- Avoid fabricating achievements, testimonials, references, project results, or professional credentials.
- Correct material misrepresentations when discovered.
- Disclose relevant limitations when those limitations could materially affect a commitment.
- Avoid creating multiple or misleading identities to manipulate participation, reputation, agreements, or community processes.
A Ctzin may express ambition, explore unfamiliar fields, or offer to learn while collaborating. Lack of experience is not dishonesty. Deliberately misrepresenting one's abilities or intentions is.
Where appropriate, CollabCentr may request reasonable verification of identity, ownership, authority, or other information necessary to protect participants and the integrity of the platform.
3. Respect for Talent and Human Dignity
CollabCentr recognises talent as a source of potential, creativity, productivity, and value. No Ctzin should be treated as disposable merely because their contribution is less visible, their resources are limited, or another participant possesses greater influence.
Every Ctzin agrees to respect the talents and legitimate contributions of others; avoid belittling, intimidating, harassing, threatening, or humiliating participants; avoid discrimination, targeted abuse, stalking, coercion, or unwanted sexual conduct; respect reasonable personal and professional boundaries; give constructive criticism without using it as intimidation; avoid pressuring others to disclose personal information or participate in activities they have declined; and recognise that differences in talent, experience, income, status, or responsibility do not remove anyone's entitlement to fair treatment.
Disagreements about the quality, direction, or usefulness of a contribution are permitted. Personal attacks, threats, and deliberate humiliation are not acceptable substitutes for resolving those disagreements.
4. The Talent Twin Principle
CollabCentr encourages participants to connect with people whose talents, interests, perspectives, and capabilities complement their own.
A Talent Twin connection is an opportunity to explore collaboration, not a guarantee of compatibility, competence, honesty, friendship, employment, commercial success, or personal safety.
Every Ctzin agrees to approach potential collaborators with honest intentions; assess compatibility through communication, reasonable verification, and mutually understood expectations; avoid assuming that a connection creates an obligation to collaborate; respect another person's decision to decline, pause, or discontinue a proposed collaboration; avoid using the Talent Twin concept to manipulate, deceive, exploit, or pressure another participant; and understand that each participant remains responsible for their own decisions and due diligence.
CollabCentr may facilitate connections, but participants remain responsible for deciding whether, how, and with whom they collaborate.
5. The Trane: A Shared Commitment
A Trane is a collaborative project through which participants combine their talents and efforts to pursue a common objective.
Before substantial work begins, participants should establish, in a form they can retain and refer to:
- The project's name, purpose, scope, and intended outcome.
- The participants and their respective responsibilities.
- The specific deliverables, milestones, deadlines, and acceptance criteria.
- The time, tools, money, equipment, access, or other resources each participant is expected to contribute.
- Whether contributions are voluntary, compensated, exchange-based, equity-based, revenue-sharing, profit-sharing, or otherwise arranged.
- How decisions will be made and who may approve changes.
- How project expenses, revenue, losses, refunds, and other financial obligations will be handled.
- Who owns existing intellectual property and newly created work.
- What happens when a participant withdraws, misses commitments, or cannot continue.
- How disagreements, replacement of participants, project cancellation, and final distribution of assets will be handled.
A participant should not be expected to commit significant time, money, or valuable intellectual property on the assumption that important terms will be agreed upon later. Where material terms remain unresolved, participants should pause the affected work until they have reached a clear understanding.
6. Commitments, Contributions, and Accountability
Trust requires more than good intentions. It requires responsible action. Every Ctzin agrees to make commitments honestly and within reasonable limits; make a genuine effort to deliver agreed work; communicate promptly when delays, illness, emergencies, resource limitations, or other circumstances threaten delivery; avoid knowingly accepting responsibilities they have no reasonable intention of fulfilling; avoid disappearing without reasonable communication when doing so materially affects a project; cooperate in good faith when resolving missed deadlines or incomplete work; avoid claiming credit for work not performed; keep reasonable records of important decisions, deliverables, approvals, expenses, and agreements; return or transfer project materials, access credentials, and assets when required by a valid agreement or authorised project process; and correct errors attributable to their own work when correction falls within their agreed responsibilities.
A missed deadline or an unsuccessful contribution does not automatically constitute misconduct. Circumstances change, estimates can be wrong, and genuine attempts can fail. The relevant questions are whether the participant acted honestly, communicated reasonably, complied with agreed obligations, and made an appropriate effort to address the consequences.
No participant is required to work beyond the scope of their agreement simply because a project encounters difficulties.
7. Fair Exchange and Sharing of Value
CollabCentr seeks to make collaboration a practical route to creating value. However, the existence of a shared project does not automatically establish an equal entitlement to every benefit produced by that project.
Every Ctzin agrees to honour agreed compensation, ownership, revenue-sharing, profit-sharing, equity, or other benefit arrangements; avoid changing agreed terms unilaterally; avoid concealing project revenue, relevant expenses, financial obligations, or material information that participants are entitled to receive under their agreement; avoid diverting project opportunities, customers, funds, or assets in breach of an agreed obligation; distinguish between revenue, gross proceeds, net profit, ownership, and compensation; ensure that any distribution formula is clear; obtain appropriate consent before material changes to financial arrangements; and avoid promising guaranteed earnings, investment returns, or commercial success without a legitimate basis.
Where a Trane uses a profit-sharing arrangement, participants should agree in advance on how profit will be calculated, which expenses may be deducted, how records will be maintained, when distributions will occur, and how losses, refunds, taxes, and chargebacks will be treated. Where contributions are exchanged without money, participants should define the expected exchange as clearly as reasonably possible.
No Ctzin should be expected to rely solely on a verbal assurance of future rewards when the material terms can reasonably be documented.
CollabCentr does not guarantee that a Trane will generate revenue, become commercially successful, or produce any financial benefit.
8. Intellectual Property and Creative Ownership
Ideas, software, designs, writing, music, inventions, research, strategies, recordings, and other creative outputs can represent significant personal and commercial value. Every Ctzin agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of other participants and third parties.
8.1. Existing work
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, a participant retains whatever rights they already own in materials, tools, software, designs, content, inventions, methods, and other intellectual property they bring into a project. Joining a Trane does not, by itself, transfer ownership of pre-existing work to the project leader, another participant, or CollabCentr.
8.2. Newly created work
Participants should establish in advance who will own newly created work, whether ownership will be shared or assigned, and whether the project or other participants will receive licences to use it. Where ownership is shared, participants should define the scope of ownership, permitted uses, licensing authority, revenue rights, attribution, and restrictions on transferring or commercialising the work.
A participant should not assume that contributing an idea automatically grants ownership of everything subsequently created from it. Equally, a participant should not assume that another person's contribution becomes theirs merely because they initiated or funded the project. Applicable law and the specific circumstances determine which rights exist and how they may be protected.
8.3. Permission and licensing
No Ctzin may use, copy, publish, modify, sell, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit another person's protected work beyond the permission granted or rights otherwise available under applicable law. Participants must also respect open-source licences, third-party software terms, content licences, confidentiality obligations, and other relevant restrictions.
8.4. Attribution
Participants should provide appropriate credit where agreed or reasonably required by the applicable licence, contract, or law. Credit must not be falsely claimed, deliberately withheld in breach of an agreement, or used to misrepresent who created or contributed to a work.
8.5. Confidential ideas and materials
Sharing an idea or document within a project does not automatically create a legally enforceable confidentiality obligation in every circumstance. Participants who need confidentiality protection should expressly agree on its scope, permitted disclosures, duration, and remedies before sharing sensitive information.
8.6. Departure from a project
Leaving a Trane does not automatically transfer a departing participant's intellectual property to the remaining participants. Nor does departure automatically cancel valid licences, assignments, confidentiality duties, or other obligations already agreed upon. Ownership and continued use must be determined by the applicable agreement and law.
9. Confidentiality and Responsible Information Sharing
Trust often requires sharing information that is not intended for public distribution. Confidential information may include unpublished work, source code, business plans, customer information, private communications, financial records, credentials, trade secrets, and non-public project strategies.
Every Ctzin agrees to respect reasonable confidentiality commitments; use confidential information only for authorised purposes; avoid disclosing confidential material to unauthorised persons; avoid copying, selling, publishing, or exploiting confidential information for personal advantage without appropriate permission; take reasonable steps to protect confidential files, accounts, communications, and devices; avoid sharing passwords, authentication codes, private keys, or access credentials unnecessarily; notify relevant people promptly when discovering a material unauthorised disclosure or security incident; and return, delete, or securely dispose of confidential material when properly required, subject to legitimate retention obligations and applicable law.
Confidentiality does not require a participant to conceal fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or an immediate threat to safety. Nothing in this agreement is intended to prevent lawful reporting, protected disclosures, cooperation with competent authorities, or the exercise of non-waivable legal rights.
Information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or otherwise excluded by a specific confidentiality agreement may be treated differently under that agreement.
10. Privacy and Personal Boundaries
Every Ctzin has a responsibility to respect the privacy of other participants. No participant may use access obtained through CollabCentr to stalk, intimidate, blackmail, harass, impersonate, dox, or otherwise harm another person.
Participants must not publish another person's private contact details, home address, identity documents, private messages, or sensitive information without lawful authority or appropriate consent; use personal information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate lawful basis; collect information through deception, coercion, or unauthorised access; share private photographs, recordings, or communications unlawfully; attempt unauthorised access to another participant's account, device, email, or files; or use personal information to threaten, extort, discriminate against, or manipulate them.
Participants should share only the information reasonably necessary for a proposed collaboration.
CollabCentr's collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information should be governed by its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 where applicable. This Agreement of Trust does not replace a separate Privacy Policy or authorise CollabCentr to process personal information without an appropriate legal basis.
11. Communication and Disagreements
Differences in opinion, creative direction, work methods, expectations, and priorities are inevitable in collaboration. Disagreement is not itself a breach of trust.
Every Ctzin agrees to communicate material concerns clearly and respectfully; avoid threats, intimidation, insults, and deliberate misrepresentation; address project-related issues with relevant people where reasonably practicable; give other participants a reasonable opportunity to explain their position; avoid escalating ordinary disagreements through public humiliation, malicious accusations, or publication of private information; distinguish honest mistakes and differing opinions from negligence or deliberate misconduct; and cooperate in good faith to identify practical solutions.
Where a dispute arises, participants should first attempt to resolve it through direct communication or a mutually acceptable neutral process, unless doing so would be unsafe, inappropriate, or futile. For disputes involving money, ownership, confidentiality, safety, or substantial commitments, participants should preserve relevant records and seek independent professional advice where necessary.
No participant is required to accept abuse, intimidation, or an unsafe mediation process in the name of resolving a dispute.
12. Fraud, Exploitation, and Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is incompatible with the trust CollabCentr seeks to establish:
- Fraud, impersonation, forgery, deliberate deception, or material misrepresentation.
- Theft, embezzlement, unauthorised diversion of project funds, or deliberate concealment of assets that others are entitled to receive.
- Plagiarism, unauthorised use of intellectual property, or deliberate misappropriation of another participant's work.
- Deliberate sabotage of projects, accounts, deliverables, or business relationships.
- Unauthorised access to systems, accounts, code repositories, databases, or private files.
- Harassment, credible threats, coercion, stalking, blackmail, or targeted abuse.
- Discrimination or exploitation of another person's vulnerability.
- Misuse of confidential information, private data, or project access.
- Manipulation of reputation, participation records, reviews, or platform mechanisms.
- Attempts to evade legitimate safeguards or enforcement through deceptive accounts or conduct.
- Knowingly using a Trane to facilitate unlawful activity.
- Retaliation against someone for making a good-faith complaint or reporting a safety concern.
The seriousness of a breach depends on the facts, intent, impact, applicable law, and relevant agreements. CollabCentr may take proportionate action under its platform rules where it has a legitimate basis. Serious allegations should not automatically be treated as proven merely because a complaint has been made.
13. Safety, Due Diligence, and Personal Responsibility
CollabCentr facilitates opportunities for collaboration. It cannot eliminate every risk associated with interacting, sharing resources, or working with other people.
Every Ctzin agrees to exercise reasonable judgement before sending money or providing financial assistance; sharing sensitive information or system access; entering a significant commercial commitment; transferring intellectual property or granting a commercial licence; accepting offers involving investment, employment, procurement, or third-party services; meeting another participant in person; or relying on claims about identity, qualifications, ownership, financial capacity, or commercial results.
Participants should verify material claims proportionately to the risk involved, document important agreements, use secure methods for exchanging assets, and seek independent advice when appropriate. A person's presence on CollabCentr is not a guarantee, endorsement, background check, or certification of trustworthiness.
Where in-person meetings are necessary, participants should use reasonable safety precautions and respect each other's boundaries. Immediate threats, suspected crimes, and urgent safety concerns should be directed to appropriate emergency or competent authorities where warranted.
14. Good-Faith Participation and Freedom from Exploitation
CollabCentr welcomes people with different ambitions, resources, and levels of experience. A participant's desire to learn, gain experience, build a portfolio, or access opportunities must not be treated as permission to exploit them.
Every Ctzin agrees to explain material expectations before seeking another person's commitment; avoid disguising a commercial arrangement as an opportunity for exposure where the distinction materially affects the other person's decision; avoid promising future employment, ownership, income, investment, or recognition without a reasonable basis or intention to provide it; respect agreed limits on hours, responsibilities, expenses, and deliverables; avoid imposing material additional obligations without agreement; avoid using unpaid contributions for purposes materially different from those agreed; and respect applicable labour, employment, consumer-protection, and other legal requirements.
Voluntary or non-monetary collaboration must not be used to evade mandatory legal obligations. Agreement to contribute without immediate payment does not automatically waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
15. Leadership, Decision-Making, and Conflicts of Interest
A project may have a founder, initiator, coordinator, team lead, or other designated decision-maker. Such a role should be exercised according to the authority actually agreed upon by the participants.
Initiating a Trane does not automatically grant unrestricted ownership of its assets, unilateral control over every participant's work, or the right to change agreed financial arrangements.
Every Ctzin agrees to respect legitimate and previously agreed project responsibilities; exercise delegated authority in good faith; disclose material conflicts of interest; avoid using a leadership position to obtain undisclosed personal benefits at the expense of the project or other participants; avoid misrepresenting authority to bind participants, transfer their rights, or commit project resources; seek required approval before making decisions reserved to the group or another authorised person; and maintain reasonable transparency concerning material decisions affecting participants' obligations or entitlements.
Project-specific agreements should establish who has authority over budgets, spending, hiring, ownership, publication, licensing, and other important decisions. Where no clear authority has been established, participants should not assume that one person can unilaterally decide matters that materially affect everyone else's rights.
16. Withdrawal, Removal, and Project Termination
Every Ctzin retains the freedom to decline future opportunities or withdraw from a collaboration, subject to valid commitments and applicable law.
Where a participant intends to leave a Trane, they should, where reasonably practicable, notify relevant participants; identify outstanding responsibilities and incomplete deliverables; cooperate on a reasonable handover where required by the project agreement; return project property and revoke or transfer access as agreed; protect confidential information and respect applicable intellectual property rights; and address outstanding payments, expenses, and other agreed obligations.
A participant should not be compelled to continue indefinitely merely because a project depends on their contribution. Equally, withdrawal does not automatically erase existing debts, contractual obligations, valid licences, confidentiality commitments, or agreed responsibilities.
A participant's removal from a Trane should be based on agreed rules, a legitimate reason, or another lawful basis. Where reasonably practicable, the affected participant should receive notice of the material concern and an opportunity to respond. Immediate protective action may be justified where there is a credible security threat, serious misconduct, suspected fraud, or another urgent risk.
Upon termination, participants should follow the agreed process for project assets, unfinished work, financial reconciliation, ownership, outstanding obligations, and continuing licences. CollabCentr may separately restrict or terminate platform access in accordance with applicable terms, policies, and law. A platform-level decision does not automatically determine ownership of a participant's work or settle a private commercial dispute.
17. Reporting Misconduct and Platform Enforcement
A trustworthy community needs a reasonable way to raise concerns. Ctzins should report credible concerns about fraud, harassment, exploitation, impersonation, security breaches, or other serious violations through the reporting channels CollabCentr makes available.
When making a report, participants should provide an honest account; include relevant information or evidence where reasonably available; avoid knowingly making false or malicious allegations; respect the privacy of people involved; and avoid retaliating against anyone who raises a good-faith concern.
CollabCentr may, where appropriate and within its authority, request further information; review relevant platform activity or submitted evidence; restrict access to protect users, projects, or platform security; remove content that violates applicable platform rules; suspend or terminate accounts in accordance with applicable terms and procedures; or refer credible concerns to appropriate authorities where legally required or otherwise lawful and justified.
Depending on the circumstances, measures may include a warning, request for corrective action, temporary restriction, suspension, or termination. CollabCentr will endeavour to act fairly, proportionately, and consistently with its published policies and applicable law. It cannot promise that every complaint will be resolved, every allegation independently verified, or every dispute will result in a finding.
A report is not, by itself, proof of wrongdoing. Deliberately false reports and retaliation may themselves constitute misconduct.
18. CollabCentr's Role and Limitations
CollabCentr provides a platform intended to facilitate connections, collaboration, and the creation of value. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, CollabCentr is not automatically a party to every Trane agreement, a guarantor of every participant's conduct, or a guarantor of any project's commercial outcome.
Unless a separate agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, CollabCentr does not automatically employ every Ctzin; guarantee the identity, competence, honesty, or reliability of every participant; guarantee that a Talent Twin connection will succeed; guarantee revenue, profit, employment, investment, or other benefits; determine ownership of every project, idea, or contribution; guarantee payment between participants in private arrangements; act as a legal adviser, accountant, investment adviser, arbitrator, or insurer for every project; or resolve every private disagreement or recover every loss.
These limitations do not remove obligations that CollabCentr expressly accepts, duties imposed by applicable law, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. CollabCentr's specific responsibilities regarding platform operation, payments, user data, content, disputes, and other services should be described in the relevant Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, payment terms, and other applicable policies.
Ctzins should not represent CollabCentr as having endorsed, guaranteed, or approved a project or participant unless that representation is authorised and accurate.
19. Financial Transparency and Third-Party Dealings
Whenever a Trane involves money, participants should establish clear financial controls proportionate to the amount and risk involved. They should identify who is authorised to receive, hold, spend, or distribute project funds; the purpose and limits of authorised expenditure; how receipts, invoices, balances, and financial records will be maintained; how participants can review financial information they are entitled to access; how refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, liabilities, and losses will be handled; and how unused funds will be returned or distributed when a project ends.
No Ctzin may claim authority to collect money, solicit investment, sign contracts, or make financial commitments on behalf of another participant or CollabCentr without appropriate authorisation. Participants should not use project funds for personal expenses unless expressly authorised under the applicable agreement.
Any investment, lending, fundraising, or regulated financial activity must comply with applicable law and relevant platform restrictions. Where CollabCentr facilitates payments through a third-party provider, the applicable provider terms and payment-specific policies may also apply.
20. Use of CollabCentr and Platform Integrity
Every Ctzin agrees to use CollabCentr responsibly and in accordance with its applicable Terms of Service and platform rules. Participants must not attempt to compromise platform security or disrupt its operation; upload malicious software or intentionally harmful material; abuse platform functionality, automated systems, or account mechanisms; use the platform to facilitate fraud, unlawful activity, or prohibited transactions; misrepresent platform features, endorsements, or official communications; circumvent legitimate restrictions designed to protect participants or platform integrity; or exploit technical vulnerabilities to access information or functions without authorisation.
Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly rather than exploited. CollabCentr may update, maintain, restrict, or discontinue features in accordance with its applicable terms and law. Platform changes should not be interpreted as silently rewriting an independent agreement between participants unless the relevant agreement lawfully provides otherwise.
21. Legal Compliance and Responsible Conduct
Every Ctzin is responsible for complying with laws applicable to their conduct, work, transactions, and location. This may include laws relating to intellectual property, data protection, fraud, consumer protection, employment, taxation, financial services, online safety, and contractual obligations.
No part of this agreement authorises unlawful activity or overrides mandatory legal protections. Where a participant's proposed activity raises substantial legal, financial, safety, or regulatory concerns, participants should pause the relevant activity and obtain appropriate professional advice before proceeding.
Nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude or restrict a right, remedy, or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
22. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Participants should make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising under this Agreement of Trust through respectful communication and good-faith negotiation. Where appropriate, they may agree to use a neutral mediator or another lawful dispute-resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue remedies available under applicable law or a valid, separate dispute-resolution agreement.
Subject to legal review, CollabCentr intends to use the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as the governing law, with disputes submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria where appropriate.
Nothing in this clause prevents a participant from seeking urgent legal relief, reporting unlawful conduct, or exercising a non-waivable legal right. A separate agreement between Trane participants may establish additional lawful procedures for project-specific disputes. If those procedures conflict with mandatory law, mandatory law prevails.
23. Changes to This Agreement
CollabCentr may need to update this Agreement of Trust as the platform, its community, and applicable legal requirements evolve. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate platform notice or other reasonable method. Where required by applicable law or the nature of the change, CollabCentr will seek renewed acceptance before applying the revised agreement.
A revised agreement should identify its effective date and version. Changes should not be treated as retroactively extinguishing accrued rights or rewriting an existing project agreement without a valid legal basis.
Where a participant does not accept a material revision, their options concerning continued platform use, withdrawal, and existing commitments will be governed by the applicable terms and law. The version accepted by a Ctzin should be identifiable through a reasonable record of acceptance.
24. General Provisions
24.1. Relationship with other terms
This Agreement of Trust operates alongside CollabCentr's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable community rules, payment terms, or project-specific agreements. It does not replace those documents. Where provisions appear inconsistent, applicable legal requirements, the valid agreement governing the specific subject, and any clearly established order of precedence will determine which provision applies.
24.2. No automatic partnership or employment
Belonging to CollabCentr or participating in a Trane does not, by itself, establish a legal partnership, employment relationship, agency, joint venture, or ownership arrangement. The actual relationship will depend on the parties' conduct, agreements, and applicable law.
24.3. Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law, unless the invalid provision defeats the essential purpose of the agreement.
24.4. No automatic waiver
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or another right.
24.5. Assignment
A participant may not transfer their obligations or rights under this agreement where doing so is prohibited by applicable law or the relevant terms. Any permitted transfer remains subject to applicable legal requirements.
24.6. No unauthorised representation
No participant may claim to represent, bind, or speak officially for CollabCentr without appropriate authorisation.
24.7. Entire understanding
This agreement establishes the general trust and conduct commitments associated with belonging to CollabCentr. It does not replace a more specific, valid written agreement covering a particular transaction, project, ownership arrangement, or financial commitment.
24.8. Language and interpretation
This agreement should be interpreted in good faith, in light of its stated purpose, and consistently with applicable law. Where a translation is provided, the controlling version should be identified in the applicable terms.
25. The Commitment of a Ctzin
By accepting this Agreement of Trust, I acknowledge that:
- I have had a reasonable opportunity to read and understand the agreement.
- I will represent myself and my intentions honestly.
- I will respect the dignity, boundaries, privacy, and legitimate rights of other Ctzins.
- I will make reasonable efforts to honour my commitments.
- I will respect intellectual property, confidentiality, and agreed ownership arrangements.
- I will not deliberately exploit, deceive, threaten, or sabotage another participant.
- I will seek clarity before entering significant commitments involving work, money, ownership, or shared value.
- I understand that collaboration involves uncertainty and that CollabCentr does not guarantee personal compatibility, project success, or financial returns.
- I will raise concerns responsibly and cooperate in good faith when resolving legitimate disputes.
- I understand that breaches may result in appropriate platform action or other remedies available under applicable agreements and law.
- I understand that this agreement operates alongside other applicable CollabCentr policies and any valid project-specific agreements.
- I accept responsibility for my conduct and the commitments I voluntarily undertake.
I understand that trust is not established by words alone. It is demonstrated through conduct, consistency, honesty, and the willingness to take responsibility for one's actions.
By belonging to CollabCentr, I commit to contributing to a community in which people can connect their talents, collaborate with purpose, and pursue shared value without treating one another as disposable resources.
I choose to belong. I choose to contribute honestly. I choose to respect the trust placed in me.
The CollabCentr Principle
Rise by Lifting Others.
We believe that the future belongs not only to those who possess talent, but also to those who learn how to bring talents together.
A connection creates possibility. A commitment creates direction. Trust makes collaboration sustainable.
At CollabCentr, we do not promise that every collaboration will succeed. We commit to building a community where people can come together with greater clarity, responsibility, fairness, and respect.
Welcome to CollabCentr.
